By using our online ordering system you
are agreeing to proceed to purchase those items you have
selected.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be
contacted by phone AND email and given the
information necessary to complete the transaction. It is
essential that you receive both contacts to ensure your
safety and integrity of information. The email
address will only be from EUROPEAN HAIR Australia.
Upon processing the sale an electronic
receipt with an order number will be sent to you for
your records - please quote this number if you
want information on your order at any time.
Cancellations can be made without cost,
provided they are done within 24 hours of the original
order. An email will be sent to you to confirm the
cancellation. If this is not received call our phone
number 8am to 8pm 7 days a week for prompt service and
advice.
Cancellations after 24 hours are at the
discretion of EUROPEAN HAIR Australia. If agreed to,
this will incur a minimum restocking fee of 7.5% of the
total original purchase order value.
EUROPEAN HAIR Australia cannot be held
liable for the incorrect fitment of our hair or
accessories.
EUROPEAN HAIR Australia is not
responsible nor held liable for any damage caused to
your hair due to the purchaser or their representative
not installing or maintaining the hair as per our
directions.
EUROPEAN HAIR Australia is not
responsible nor to be held liable for the actions of
Australia Post or its subcontractors. We recommend
always sending registered post so your item can be
tracked. The purchasers decision to send normal post is
at the Purchasers liability.
